Our primary objective is safeguarding your rights and ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. This policy is in addition to the rights granted to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customer Responsibilities:
To help us deliver the highest standard of service efficiently, we kindly ask that you:
- Notify our staff of any allergies to chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- Provide feedback or comments during your service so we can immediately address any needs or concerns.
- Immediately inform the salon manager or staff about any issues related to the salon or the services provided.
- Notify the staff or salon manager immediately if you suspect an infection or any abnormal reaction concerning your nails.
Service Guarantee:
Please remember that nails are jewels, not tools. With proper care, they will remain beautiful long after your service.
- Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days, and dipping or enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days from your appointment date. Should you experience any chips or lifting within this time frame, please contact us to schedule a complimentary repair using the original service color.
- Repairs must be arranged within 5 days of your initial service.
- Post-guarantee repairs for breakages, tears, or corner breaks will incur a charge.
- Traditional polish services are not covered by our guarantee.
- We are not responsible for any infections or conditions affecting your nails.
Refund Policy:
- No cash refunds will be issued once a service is completed.
- Upon exiting the salon, you are deemed to have accepted and expressed satisfaction with the service provided.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please notify us before making payment. We will gladly make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings applied.
- A refund will not be issued simply due to a change of mind.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately following the appointment. We will redo the service at no additional cost.
- If, after the rework, you are still unsatisfied and wish to request a refund, you must follow our Customer Complaint Procedure. Please submit a written complaint, detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction, along with a photo of the nails we have fixed.
